Guidelines for Tutorials
Tutorials offer an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present teaching and learning content on topics relevant to the CMMR community. To ensure each tutorial smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines.
General
- Tutorials should be designed as interactive teaching and learning opportunities and should be of interest to a broad audience. CMMR attracts a wide range of individuals from varied national and professional backgrounds.
- Participants should be ready to engage practically in discussions and activities.
- Participants in tutorials will need to sign up in advance at the registration desk, as only limited spaces are available.
- Participants will require their own laptop, headphones etc to be able to participate.
- Participants should expect to prepare in advance for tutorials by downloading any required software and setting up accounts on any required online platforms. Full information on these requirements can be found in the conference booklet.
- Tutorial presenters need to have disclosed all technical and logistical requirements to the organisers in advance.
Equipment
Please note that all equipment brought to the conference must have been PAT tested by contributors before attending and contributors are solely responsible for this.
