Demonstrations Submission Guidelines

Instructions and Information

All submissions will undergo single-blind peer review by at least two reviewers to ensure their quality and suitability for the conference. Authors of accepted demonstration papers are required to address reviewers’ comments in their camera-ready submission.

Please upload your demonstration papers using the CMMR 2025 Microsoft CMT submission site, ensuring you select the ‘Demo’ track.

On the CMT platform, please specify the primary and secondary subject areas for your submission from the provided list of topics and special sessions.

All demonstration papers must be in English.

The abstract should briefly summarise the contents of the demonstration in 150–250 words.

Demo papers must be submitted in PDF format.

You can upload one main submission file (PDF) and up to three supplementary material files (PDF, MP4, MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF). For additional media associated with your demonstration, we recommend including online links directly within your PDF submission rather than uploading large media files.
