To help ensure every demo runs smoothly, please read and follow the guidelines below:
Â
Attendance and Setup
- Demo presenters must be present for:
- Setup before their scheduled slot
- Demonstration during their slot
- Set-down immediately after their slot has ended
- Please check the conference programme to confirm your exact time and venue.Â
Â
Technical RequirementsÂ
EquipmentÂ
- Bring any equipment not supplied by CMMR, as agreed with the Demo Chairs beforehand.
- Adapters and cables: Please bring your own to ensure compatibility with venue systems (e.g., power adapters).Â
Power and SafetyÂ
- All electrical equipment brought on-site must be PAT tested in advance.
- Authors are responsible for the public safety and compliance of their equipment.
Demo rooms have standard support in place: power and tables/chairs.
If your demo requires special arrangements, please contact the Demo Chairs as soon as possible.Â
