Workshop Submission Guidelines

Instruction and Information

All workshop submissions will be peer-reviewed to ensure quality and suitability.

Please upload your workshop proposal using the CMMR 2025 Microsoft CMT submission site, ensuring you select the WORKSHOP track. You will need to create a CMT account.

Please also state if your submission aligns with any of the ‘Special Sessions’.

All workshop submissions must be in English.

You can upload one main submission file (PDF) and up to three supplementary material files (PDF, MP4, MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF). For additional media associated with your workshop, we recommend including online links directly within your PDF submission rather than uploading large media files.

Please also state if your proposal is linked to a proposal in another track (e.g. a PERFORMANCE or PAPER).

All proposals should be submitted in PDF format. Accepted workshop proposals will be included in the proceedings.
